Eine Stiftung für soziale Dienste in Basel sucht eine/n Immobilienbewirtschafter/in zur Unterstützung der Immobilienbewirtschaftung. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehört die Erstvermietung des Neubauprojektes 'Wohnpark Bethesda Campus' sowie die wirtschaftliche Bewirtschaftung eines Immobilien-Portefeuilles. Erwartet werden Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung, ein eidg. Fachausweis oder in Ausbildung dazu, und stilsicheres Deutsch. Das Angebot umfasst ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld mit flachen Hierarchien.
