Aufgaben umfassen die Verantwortung für Geschäftsnutzung, Personalführung, sowie die Überwachung von Renovierungs- und Umbauprojekten. Eine höhere Ausbildung in der Immobilienwirtschaft sowie langjährige Erfahrung sind erforderlich. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil. Flexible Arbeitsmodelle und ein zentraler Standort in Basel werden geboten.
