Senior Luxury Sales Consultant; Dubai

• Bring your luxury sales record to Dubai — villas and penthouses from AED 10 million, tax-free commission
• Experience with high-net-worth clients required — luxury property, or another premium sale
• Commission only, tax free — our top earner made US $2.9 million last year
• No. 1 lead generator on Property Finder — leads handed to you every day

The job: represent buyers and sellers at the top of the Dubai market — Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Jumeirah Bay — where one deal is a year's income elsewhere and every client expects discretion and a number you can defend.

• With our AI-powered CRM and tools, new agents are closing deals within their first weeks
• 4.8 from 1,133 Google reviews — a name clients already trust
• A two-week academy with a UK-certified trainer, then a mentor with 15+ years in Dubai property
• Your RERA licence and private health insurance paid for
• Premium Property Finder listings and a marketing team behind you

Our average agent earned US $112,000 last year, tax free — the US $2.9 million is our best, not our typical. Commission only means no salary, so bring around six months of savings to see you through the first deals.

• Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
• Presence and discretion with high-net-worth clients
• A record in luxury property or another premium sale — and the patience prime deals take
