Laboratory Technician – Seed Research

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Laboratory Technician – Seed Research to join a major project with one of our clients in the Chemical Sector.

• Plan and coordinate laboratory activities with cross-functional teams
• Conduct seed treatment trials and small-scale experimental testing
• Handle chemicals, biological materials, seeds, soil, and laboratory equipment
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain seed and seedling experiments (planting, growing media, watering, data recording)
• Document results precisely and capture high-quality experimental images
• Ensure HSE compliance by maintaining a safe, organized laboratory and properly managing samples, materials, and waste.

• Apprenticeship or qualification in a scientific laboratory field
• First hands‑on experience in a laboratory environment
• Experience handling chemicals and biological materials; plant/seed experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new IT systems
• Fluent in English and German (B2 minimum)
