As an Intern in our team your main tasks will include:

• Execute and support the optimization of screening assays using liquid handling systems to accelerate the pre-formulation pipeline.
• Perform "head-to-head" manual assays at the bench to compare, validate, and troubleshoot results against automated processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Interpret complex datasets to provide recommendations on process improvements and formulation viability.

• You are a meticulous and independent experimentalist who enjoys troubleshooting
• You hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or Automation with lab experience, degree completed no more than 12 months prior to the internship start date
• You have proven experience operating liquid handlers (ideally Tecan/Fluent/Freedom EVO)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
