**** Senior Associate - Genetics & Genomics Lab Expert,
**** you play a pivotal role in accelerating early drug development within our Pharmaceutical Sciences team. This role serves as a vital bridge between high-throughput advanced wet-lab molecular biology and data-driven laboratory operations. You will spend your days executing hands-on laboratory work and leveraging modern digital tools to maximize scientific insights and advance our global therapeutic  this role, you will:
* Develop, validate, and implement advanced genetics and genomics-based biomarker assays (including epigenetics, gene expression signatures, and circulating DNA/RNA) to characterize disease mechanisms.
* Evaluate and apply cutting-edge genomics technologies, such as single-cell sequencing, spatial-omics, and digital droplet PCR (ddPCR), to maximize biological insights from precious, low-volume samples.
* Drive digital integration by utilizing advanced digital lab infrastructure, automation tools, and electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) to ensure high-fidelity data tracking.
* Collaborate within an agile ecosystem, partnering seamlessly across matrixed project teams with project leads, pathologists, and computational scientists to turn samples into actionable insights.
* Facilitate technology transfer by leading the robust technical delivery of validated methodologies to external collaboration partners and Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
* Inspire and mentor other scientists, associates, and interns, fostering a laboratory culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and learning agility.### ### Who You Are We are looking for an engaged scientific professional who thrives at the intersection of laboratory science and digital innovation.

To be successful in this role, you bring:

* Education & Experience:

A Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Genomics, or a related life-sciences field, alongside solid hands-on experience in biomarker assay development and a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
* Technical Expertise:
Deep proficiency in molecular biology techniques (qPCR, ddPCR) and next-generation sequencing (NGS) platforms, with a strong interest in executing high-quality experimental workflows.
