You will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and validating advanced bioanalytical methods to quantify drug candidates and biomarkers across diverse chemical classes—ranging from small molecules and oligonucleotides to complex proteins.

In this role, you combine hands‑on laboratory expertise with modern digital tools to transform biological samples into high‑quality data that directly impacts project decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, qualify, and validate analytical methods for the accurate quantification of drug candidates, metabolites, and biomarkers in various biological matrices
  • Apply bioanalytical and biomarker assays to support non‑clinical pharmacokinetic (PK) and toxicokinetic (TK) studies, as well as exploratory clinical studies following Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles where required
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all experimental data and contribute to comprehensive technical reporting, including Bioanalytical Reports and Analytical Method Descriptions
  • Take ownership of laboratory equipment care, maintenance, and the management of consumable stocks within your assigned workspace to guarantee operational excellence
  • Maintain, refine, and proactively advance your technical expertise in Liquid Chromatography‑Mass Spectrometry (LC‑MS/MS) and automated sample preparation
  • Leverage IT and digital tools for efficient experimental design, data analysis, and documentation, presenting scientific results confidently to cross‑functional project teams
Who You Are

You are a proactive, quality‑driven scientific professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative laboratory environment. You have a passion for analytical precision, a strong interest in emerging laboratory technologies, and a mindset geared toward continuous learning and optimization.

Qualifications & Competencies
  • A Master’s degree (from a University or University of Applied Sciences) or a Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field, supplemented by relevant professional experience
  • Solid hands‑on experience and training in modern analytical techniques, specifically focusing on quantitative liquid chromatography combined with mass spectrometric detection…
