Post Doctoral Scientist; m​/w​/d

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral scientist with a pharmaceutical sciences, peptide chemistry, or related background to undertake an exciting industry research project.

Peptide‑based therapeutics is a rapidly evolving field. The physicochemical challenges associated with these molecules, coupled with increasing complexity demands, require a deeper understanding of the factors that impact their stability. This postdoctoral project focuses on understanding and optimizing lead formulations for peptide candidates and fixed‑dose co‑formulations. The candidate should work effectively with an interdisciplinary team from academia and industry to implement innovative solutions.

• Develop a study plan and design adequate experiments for the pharmaceutical development of peptide and co‑formulations.
• Execute in‑vitro stability studies.
• Act as a catalyst in creating an environment of innovation, learning, and growth in the field of pharmaceutical development for peptide therapeutics.
• Present research findings through internal reports, scientific contributions, supervision of research projects, and initiation of new research activities.

• Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences, peptide chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience in testing peptide delivery systems and relevant analytical methods, with a desire to learn and develop new methods.
• Highly motivated with a passion for applied scientific research and technical innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required; ability to participate and collaborate in highly effective, international, and cross‑functional teams, organizing and implementing complex research plans.
• Demonstrates technical proficiency, scientific creativity, collaboration with others, and independent thought in suggesting experimental design.
• Experience with data analysis or programming tools (e.g., MATLAB, R) is a plus.
