irides AG in Basel bietet ab August 2027 eine dreijährige Ausbildung zur Köchin/zum Koch in der hauseigenen Küche an. Sie erhalten eine intensive Begleitung durch erfahrene Berufsleute und lernen das Mise en Place, die Zubereitung von Speisen sowie das Bestell- und Lagerwesen kennen.
Sie arbeiten in einem engagierten Team, lernen Menüs zusammenzustellen und Speisen ansprechend zu servieren. Die Ausbildung schließt mit dem Lehrabschluss ab und findet mitten in Basel statt.
