- Unterstützen der Food Consultants in allen Aufgaben der kulinarischen Produkt- und Rezeptentwicklung sowie Beratung
- Durchführen von Degustationen und sensorische Beurteilung von Food-Produkt- und
-Rezeptmustern - Verfassen von Degustationsprotokollen und kulinarischen Anforderungsprofilen sowie Rezepten
- Erstellen und Testen von Zubereitungshinweisen
- Aufspüren und Beobachten von Food Trends
- Kulinarische Grundausbildung (Koch/Köchin und/oder Abschluss Studium Lebensmitteltechnologie) sowie weiterführende Ausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kulinarik
- Passion für die vielfältige Welt der Kulinarik, Food & Lifestyle Trends, Zeitgeist, Innovation und deren Entwicklungen
- Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Beratungsaffinität
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
