As part of a future store opening in Basel
, we are looking for a creative and commercially driven Visual Merchandiser to ensure the store reflects the brand image while maximizing sales performance.

You will play a key role in creating an inspiring in-store experience, implementing corporate visual guidelines, and adapting visual strategies to the local Basel market. From the pre-opening phase to daily operations, your work will directly impact customer engagement and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain corporate VM guidelines consistently
• Create attractive and commercial product displays
• Optimize product presentation to drive sales and customer engagement
• Ensure excellent window installations aligned with seasonal campaigns

Commercial Performance

• Analyze sales performance and adapt visual strategies accordingly
• Identify best sellers and optimize product placement
• Work closely with management to maximize commercial opportunities
• Adjust layouts based on stock levels and customer trends

Brand Image & Customer Experience

• Guarantee full alignment with brand identity and visual standards
• Maintain a premium and inspiring store atmosphere
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail across all areas
• Train and guide the store team on visual standards and best practices
• Work closely with Store and Department Managers
• Promote a culture of creativity, precision, and commercial awareness

Profile

• Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion retail
• Strong understanding of commercial KPIs and product rotation
• Creative mindset combined with strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• German is mandatory (fluent level required)
• Professional level of English is required
