Senior or Pro Merchandise Planner

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven (Senior) Merchandise Planner to drive financial planning, assortment strategies and inventory management across multiple product categories.

Partnering closely with Buying, Product and Retail teams, you will play a key role in maximizing sales, margin and stock productivity while ensuring the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantities and in the right markets.

• Develop and manage seasonal and in-season merchandise financial plans, budgets and forecasts
• Own category performance analysis, identifying opportunities and risks to drive sales and profitability
• Lead Open To Buy (OTB) planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels
• Build assortment and option plans in partnership with Buyers, balancing commercial opportunities and financial targets
• Analyze sales, stock, margin and markdown performance, providing actionable recommendations
• Monitor weekly trading performance and proactively recommend actions to improve results
• Drive allocation and replenishment strategies to maximize sell-through and stock productivity
• Support pricing, promotional and markdown strategies to optimize profitability
• Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Buying, Retail, Supply Chain and Finance teams to support business objectives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning tools, processes and reporting

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Allocation, Demand Planning or a similar analytical retail function
• Strong commercial awareness combined with excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP/BW or similar planning systems are a strong advantage
• Experience managing OTB, forecasting and inventory planning
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into commercial actions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
