With the avant-garde vision that has always been part of the brand's DNA, ASPESI presents for the first time the down jacket as a garment with an urban connotation, stripping it of the more technical or leisure function.

Our team is looking for an experienced and motivated Dept Manager to successfully oversee the operations of our store in Basilea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, achieving sales targets, and supervising store staff.

• Manage all daily store operations, including opening and closing.
• Supervise and coordinate store personnel, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed established sales goals.
• Ensure the store is well stocked and products are displayed attractively.
• Manage cash operations and inventory control procedures.
• Provide high-quality customer service, handling customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Monitor market trends and adapt merchandising and sales strategies accordingly.
• Ensure the store adheres to cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop long-term plans and goals.

• Proven experience in managing a store or a similar department.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of industry and market trends.
• Ability to efficiently manage workloads and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Results-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of human resource management, including hiring and staff training.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in both German and English.
