• Lead overall commercial strategy and execution for Aeonix in Switzerland (B2B + B2C).
• Build and close enterprise partnerships with corporates, insurers, and lab networks.
• Own revenue growth, pricing, and go-to-market performance.
• Establish strategic relationships with healthcare providers, clinicians, and ecosystem partners.
• Drive brand positioning as a premium, privacy-first preventive health platform.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial and operations team.
• Work closely with product and technology teams to align market needs with platform development.

• Proven leadership experience in healthtech, digital health, or life sciences.
• Strong track record in scaling commercial operations and partnerships in Switzerland.
• Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem, corporate benefits, or insurance landscape.
