ISS Schweiz AG in Basel sucht eine/n Facility Coordinator (a) zur Betreuung der Gebäudenutzer und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der Liegenschaft. Sie koordinieren Sicherheits- und Zutrittsprozesse und fungieren als erste Ansprechperson vor Ort.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören regelmäßige Kontrollen, Koordination von Fremdfirmen und die Umsetzung von Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen. Eine handwerkliche Ausbildung wird vorausgesetzt, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
