- Wartungsarbeiten an Gebäude und Gebäudetechnischen Anlagen (Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klima-, Kälte- und Sanitäranlagen)
- Beheben von Störungen
- Bedienung des modernen Gebäudeleitsystems
- Neuinstallationen und Erweiterungen an elektrischen Installationen und Anlagen
- Mitwirken bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung an Anlagen und Prozessen
- Koordination und Betreuung von Aufträgen an externe Handwerker und Monteure
- Pikettdienst nach sorgfältiger Einarbeitungszeit (Probleme meist remote lösbar)
