Stiftung Weizenkorn in Basel sucht ab sofort eine/n Sozialpädagogen/in zur Begleitung von Jugendlichen mit kognitiven und/oder psychischen Beeinträchtigungen. Diese Position ist auf ein Jahr befristet und bietet die Möglichkeit auf eine Festanstellung.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Unterstützung der Jugendlichen in ihrem Wohnalltag, die Förderung von Selbstständigkeit und das Dokumentieren von Entwicklungsprozessen. Anforderungen sind eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik sowie Berufserfahrung mit Jugendlichen.
