Die Stiftung Weizenkorn in Basel sucht ab dem 1. Oktober 2026 einen Sozialpädagogen oder eine Sozialpädagogin (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (60%). In der Durchgangsgruppe Kartause unterstützen Sie Jugendliche in herausfordernden Lebenslagen und helfen ihnen, ihre Perspektiven zu entwickeln.
Sie bringen eine anerkannte Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik mit und haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen. Wir bieten ein unterstützendes Team und attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen nach den Vorgaben der Bürgergemeinde Basel.
