Die Stiftung Weizenkorn in Basel sucht einen Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d), um sozialpädagogische Trainings für Jugendliche durchzuführen. Sie unterstützen junge Menschen in ihrer Alltagsgestaltung und fördern deren Fähigkeiten unter Anleitung eines interdisziplinären Teams.
