Aufgaben- Begleitung und Unterstützung von Klienten im Alltag
- Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und sozialen Integration
- Planung und Umsetzung individueller Fördermassnahmen

- Mitgestaltung eines positiven und stabilen Lebensumfelds
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialpädagoge/in HF/FH oder gleichwertig
- Einfühlungsvermögen und hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität im Arbeitsalltag
