familea sucht flexible Springer/innen für das Durchgangsheim im Baselraum. Sie arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb und auch an Wochenenden, übernehmen verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben in der Alltagsbetreuung und ermöglichen Raum für Kreativität und persönliche Entwicklung.
Sie bringen Teamfähigkeit, Humor und Freude im Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen mit und handeln in Krisensituationen besonnen. Die Stelle bietet ein abwechslungsreiches Umfeld in verschiedenen Wohngruppen.
