Aliena sucht ab Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Mitarbeiterin mit Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit FH (60-70%). Die Stelle bietet Beratung vor Ort in Basel, Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Team und Raum für Gestaltung.
Sie bringen mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung, psychosoziale Beratungserfahrung und hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz mit;
Deutschkenntnisse und Ungarisch/Rumänisch-Sprachenfähigkeit sind willkommen. Flexible Arbeitszeit über mehrere Tage ist erwünscht.
