Sie arbeiten in strukturierten Systemen, gestalten Tages- und Freizeitangebote und unterstützen im Haushalt sowie in der Dokumentation.
Sie arbeiten im 60–80%-Pensum, bringen Ruhe, Humor und Empathie mit und wirken in Teamsitzungen sowie Fachberatungen mit.
