YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Own the divisional strategy for AI culture, change, and community. Align community activities and focus with the AI portfolio and business outcomes (growth, efficiency, safety/compliance) and turn bottom-up momentum into enterprise-scale impact.
- Strategic leadership and alignment
- Define community vision, roadmap, and success metrics tied to priority business outcomes
- Design a hub-and-spoke champions network and lead its activation & engagement
- Create enthusiasm, deep penetration and adoption
- Leverage the community to accelerate proficiency building across the enterprise, progress on focus areas and leverage of best practice
- Lead and organize (together with L&P-lead) large scale events, e.g. hackathons, to ‘crack’ difficult challenges along the AI-roadmap
- Close collaboration with AI Proficiency & Learning Lead
- 7+ years in change leadership, community building, or large-scale program management; experience in commercial or manufacturing environments a plus.
- Strong AI literacy and enthusiasm; ability to translate complex topics into simple, actionable practices.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfort leading large groups; bias for action and outcomes.
- Understanding of consumer health business
- Fluent in English
- Critical skills: leadership, communication, able to lead large groups, energy & enthusiasm, DSO & AI proficiency, organizational skills, very strong architecting, catalysing and coaching skills
This role can be located in Basel or at any other Consumer Health major site in EU.
