Operations And Accounts Administrator

A client of ours in the Basildon area are recruiting an Operations and Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a full‑time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and paying £24,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience.

• Administration and data entry
• Passing haulier and agents invoices
• Working closely with Concurrent operational teams in different departments
• Working closely with the finance team to resolve issues involving invoices
• Querying issues on invoices with operational staff across various departments
• Liaising with hauliers and suppliers when issues arise
• Completion of supplier forms
• Adding supplier costs onto the system
• Sending out supplier forms
• Any over task that is deemed necessary to undertake the role
• Assisting the European teams سای day‑to‑day tasks as Gallagher and when required

• Previous experience within operations, accounts, admin and secretarial
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience in dealing with invoices and data entry
• Logistics industry experience is desirable but not essential
• Diligence
