We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Senior Administrator to join our dynamic multi‑disciplinary team.
In this key role, you will support both the clinical and administrative functions of the service, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day running of operations across our Hub and Spoke sites.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinical team. Coordinate and manage administrative processes across the service.
- Support the delivery of high‑quality services to both NHS and non‑NHS organisations and clients.
- Assist in maintaining efficient workflows and service standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple disciplines to support patient and client care.

- Undertake general office and administration duties
- Answer telephones in a timely and polite manner
- Respond to and generate emails
- Dealing with telephone and face‑to‑face enquiries
- Managing Director's diary and inbox when required
- Providing support to the Director with ad hoc duties
- Scanning and maintaining electronic health record
- Photocopying
- Provide cover to the Administrative Lead (Private Clients) in times of absenc
- Adhere to Trust and departmental policies and procedures, ensuring that work is undertaken in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer enquiries from clients, managers, and medical staff, taking appropriate action.
- Handle in‑coming calls to the department effectively being able to pass on calls to the appropriate members of staff, and liaise effectively with other department
- Supporting the Hub administrative team with activity data and invoicing
- Register new clients/employees on to the CORITY System.
- Assisting with the preparation and scanning of clinical notes onto the CORITY System, following departmental procedures for priority scanning, e.g. daily scanning, prepping for scanning of larger paper records
- Assisting in maintaining the diaries of the clinical team, using the CORITY system.

Qualifications- A good standard of education Level 3 IT Secretarial / Business Administration qualification (NVQ3)
- GCSE Maths and English Grade 4 (4) or above or equivalent qualification
- ECDL
- Experience working in a clerical / administrative role and working knowledge of a computer based appointment and diary system. To be computer literate and demonstrate efficiency in use of MS Office software (including EXCEL)
- Experience working in a customer/client focused environment. Previous experience managing health care records
- Previous experience working in a health care setting
