Southend University Hospital NHS Trust seeks a Booking Clerk for the Outpatients Call Centre in Basildon. The role involves scheduling appointments across Basildon, Broomfield and Southend, with half the time on the telephone and half on administrative tasks.
Shifts are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. For part-time applicants, a minimum of three full days per week is required. This role supports efficient patient access to health services and career development within the Trust.
