As a Bids and Tender Coordinator based in Basildon you’ll be responsible for:

  • Assisting the successful submission and conversion of Wolseley Building Services tenders
  • Working on multiple tender opportunities across various business units, writing responses simultaneously, providing project management, written and time‑critical support towards our customers’ bids for the Sales and Estimating teams
  • Completing written responses for tenders and customer proposals by proofreading the information before submission into customer portals
  • Pre‑engaging with customers and sales team to understand their key requirements

This is a full‑time permanent role, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 08:00 - 17:00.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced and diverse environment
  • Organised and able to manage own workload
  • IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
