Reporting directly to the Marketing & Product Development Manager, the Sales Analysis & Marketing Intern will undertake a 2-year training contract aiming to develop skills needed within Sales Analysis & Marketing through on-the-job experience working with and supporting the Marketing & Product Development Manager. You will support with the marketing activities of Capital, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all sales data to the Sales teams and Management.
Furthermore, you will support with the monitoring of benchmark offerings and play a leading role in organising Capital events and meetings. Clear understanding of data and customer focus are key.
- Sales data processing (scheme spending monitoring, Sales results reporting to provide data to sales team - dealer report, dealer penetration).
- Incentive card program (commissions and incentives processing for loading, communication with cardholders)
- Benchmark monitoring - regular monitoring of competitor offers for CV, AG and CE
- Finance promotions monitoring - regular website and social media monitoring to ensure the promotions are compliant
- Cooperation on various meetings organisation (catering orders, help with hotel booking if needed etc) from Capital side
- Events - help with Capital presence set up & during the events give-away etc
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to effectively work independently and within a team

- Degree or equivalent ideally in marketing, data analysis, business or a similar field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to travel to events
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel & Power Point

- Some previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Demonstrable experience analysing large data sets
- Willingness to learn new things – not being indefinitely in one or another job role but combine partly Capital marketing activities with sales data
