We are currently recruiting for an Estimator to join a growing, family-run commercial construction business based in Laindon. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with a strong commercial or fit-out background to join a company known for its great office culture and supportive team environment.

The Estimator Role

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing a wide range of commercial and fit-out projects. The successful Estimator will work closely with the wider team, reviewing drawings, preparing tenders and supporting the business as it continues to grow.

Estimator Responsibilities

* Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial and fit-out projects

* Reviewing and interpreting drawings and tender information

* Pricing tenders and supporting all estimating activities

* Ensuring all estimates are completed accurately and submitted on time

* Working closely with the team to support project planning and delivery

Estimator Requirements

* Proven experience as an Estimator within commercial construction and/or fit-out

* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project pricing

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

* Confident using estimating software and Microsoft Office
