The Role

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing projects from initial enquiry through to submission and handover, working closely with Directors, Project Managers and the wider commercial team.

The workload is varied and interesting, covering small works, reactive FM packages and larger commercial fit-out projects up to £1m.

Estimator

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare accurate tenders and estimates for commercial and fit-out projects (£5k–£1m)

* Price fabric and interior works including drylining, ceilings, decorating and associated trades

* Issue and assess subcontractor and supplier enquiries

* Review drawings, specifications and scope documents

* Lead internal tender reviews and contribute to commercial strategy

* Provide value engineering and cost advice where required

* Price variations and additional works on live projects

* Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams

* Manage tender workload, deadlines and documentation independently

About You

* Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Estimator within commercial fit-out or interiors

* Background working for a fit-out, interiors or FM contractor (highly desirable)

* Strong understanding of fabric and finish trades

* Comfortable pricing both small works and larger fit-out schemes

* Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings

* Commercially aware, organised and detail-focused

* Proficient in Microsoft Office
