Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus

Estimator position dealing with various architectural external finishes inclusive of but not limited to GRC, brick slips, terracotta, renders, aluminium and HPL cladding.

Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements.

Liaising With Clients To Acquire Any Additional Information Required.

Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive prices.

Carrying out site surveys as and when required.

Producing formal quotations to clients.

Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database.

Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors.

Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met.

Estimating for projects from £500k - £25m.

• Must have estimating experience within the cladding / faade / building envelope industry
• Strong understanding of rainscreen and curtain walling is highly advantageous
• Understanding of Onscreen Takeoff software package
• Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
• High levels of organisation and excellent time management
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
