Reinforced Recruitment is searching for a Senior Design & Build Estimator in Essex to join its pre-construction team. The role involves preparing tenders from concept to submission, developing cost plans, and spotting value engineering opportunities on prestigious Design & Build projects.
You will work alongside pre-construction and commercial teams on high-end residential, hotel, hospitality and premium commercial schemes with values from several million to over £100m.
