Asbestos Surveyor

An established asbestos consultancy with more than three decades of industry experience is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join its Basildon-based team. £34,000 – £40,000 salary (dependent on experience)

• Undertaking Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG
  264
• Identifying and assessing asbestos-containing materials across varied site types
• Producing accurate, compliant, and well-presented survey reports
• Communicating professionally with clients, contractors, and internal colleagues
• Managing workloads and project deadlines while maintaining technical standards
• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and best practice

• Demonstrable experience as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS-accredited consultancy
• Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
