NEOS Engineering is recruiting an experienced Foreman for the Lower Thames Crossing project in Basildon. You will lead earthworks teams on site, coordinating people, plant and materials to meet the project programme while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance.
As Foreman you will work closely with the Works Manager, Engineering team and Supervisors to deliver daily activities in line with the 3-week programme, ensuring methods are followed and ITPs/Hold
