F Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Manager for a major high-rise residential development in Basildon, Essex. You will take ownership of the MEP package, coordinating design, installation and commissioning to meet programme and quality targets.
The role requires strong leadership, deep MEP expertise across HVAC, electrical, BMS and life-safety systems, and experience liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant handovers.
