We're recruiting for an established construction business specialising in roofing works, looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.
The Role- Managing multiple contracts and overseeing project delivery.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitoring budgets, programmes and project performance.
- Maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring quality standards and health & safety requirements are met.
- Managing contractual issues and resolving project challenges.
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within construction is essential.
- Roofing experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from all areas of general construction are welcome.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of project delivery, budgets and health & safety.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Salary up to £75,000, depending on experience.
