Norwegian Speaking Customer Service

Are you a fluent Norwegian speaker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a customer focused professional to join a leading international organisation supporting customers across multiple channels.

As the main point of contact for Norwegian speaking customers, you will handle a variety of enquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers across phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Meet service standards and performance targets.

About You

• Fluency in Norwegian and English
• Ideally some previous customer service, customer support, or contact centre experience.
• Excellent problem solving and organisational abilities.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
