Norwegian Speaking Customer Service

Are you a fluent Norwegian speaker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a customer focused professional to join a leading international organisation supporting customers across multiple channels. As the main point of contact for Norwegian speaking customers, you will handle a variety of enquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities Support customers across phone, email, and live chat. Resolve enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication. Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems. Meet service standards and performance targets. About You Fluency in Norwegian and English Ideally some previous customer service, customer support, or contact centre experience.

Excellent problem solving and organisational abilities. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is hybrid and the company is based in Essex so ideally candidates will have a car to access the office 2 days per week.
