Billericay, Essex Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + attractive benefits package We Recruit Group is supporting a growing construction consultancy that provides a range of professional services to clients primarily within the education sector. The business is looking to appoint an Architect or Architectural Technologist to take a side-step in their career and deliver the Building Regulations Principal Designer service for the business.

This will be the first appointment of its kind within the team, and they would like to hire someone who would be willing to grow and develop this new service, whilst building a team of building safety professionals beneath them. You will deliver the Building Regulations Principal Designer service in line with the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations, supporting clients and design teams during the pre-construction and design stages.

This is an excellent opportunity for a design professional who enjoys technical detail, regulation and coordination, and is looking to move away from day-to-day design delivery while still working closely with design teams.
