Laindon Medical Group are looking for two salaried GPs to join our busy well-established, training practice. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who share our values to grow and develop our forward thinking practice; one vacancy is for six sessions per week and the other is for eight.

Provide high-quality clinical care to patients through face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations.
Manage acute, chronic, and preventive health needs in line with practice protocols and best clinical guidance.
Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
Undertake administrative tasks related to patient care, including reviewing results, correspondence, and prescribing.
Participate in practice meetings, clinical discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the supervision, training, and development of clinical and non-clinical staff where appropriate.

We have 4 partners and an excellent clinical mix of 6 salaried GPs, ANP & practices nurses, a team of allied health professionals, with a strong, organised administrative team, including a practice manager, operational manager and finance officer. The Salaried GP will provide high-quality medical care to the practices registered patients in accordance with GMC standards, the BMA Model Contract, and NHS England guidance. The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of clinical presentations, work closely with colleagues to deliver coordinated care, and contribute to the overall functioning and development of the practice.
