About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide tailored support in the classroom.

Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, supporting students with additional needs, and helping create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Ideal Candidate:

Passionate about education and student development
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable
Experienced working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
Willing to undertake relevant training and safeguarding checks
Reliable and committed to supporting learners
