• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students with diverse SEN needs, ensuring inclusion and engagement.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a safe and respectful atmosphere.
• Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to uphold high standards of care and education.

• Strong behaviour management skills and resilience.
• Experience working with SEN students or in an Alternative Provision (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to build positive relationships and motivate learners.
• A proactive, adaptable approach to supporting education.
