The Underfloor Heating Store is seeking an ambitious and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated PPC Specialist to take ownership of our paid channels, focusing on expanding our customer base and maximizing ROI. As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will be the go‑to expert for all things paid media. This is a hands‑on role where you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our PPC campaigns from initial keyword research and campaign builds to daily bid management and performance analysis.

• Build, launch, and manage high‑performing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Shopping), Meta, and You Tube.
• Continuously improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS through meticulous keyword refinement, A/B testing ad copy, and landing page optimisation.
• Use data analysis to monitor performance daily to identify trends, troubleshoot dips in conversion, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the web development and content teams to ensure landing pages are optimised for conversion and quality score.
• Report and deliver clear, actionable insights on campaign performance to stakeholders, explaining the "why" behind the numbers.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and monitor competitor activity to gain market awareness and maintain our market‑leading position.

• Proven experience in creating and scaling PPC campaigns from scratch.
• Comfortable navigating complex Google Ads accounts and a track record of meeting (and exceeding) performance targets.
• Technical proficiency and understanding of PPC methodologies, including shopping feed management and remarketing.
• Likely hold a title such as PPC Specialist, Paid Search Analyst, Performance Marketing Executive, or Digital Marketing Assistant with a heavy focus on paid media.
