St. Margaret’s Church of England Academy is seeking a committed, flexible and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our thriving school community, commencing January 2026
About UsSt Margaret’s CofE Academy is a primary school which was rated by Ofsted as good in September 2024 and an Excellent Church School in June 2023 by SIAMS. You will have- Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years (DfE approved)
- A high standard of written and spoken English
- A calm, positive and patient attitude
- A strong work ethic with flexibility to respond positively to challenges of day to day school life
- Previous experience of working within EYFS or Nursery environment and Key Stage 1
- Previous SEN experience preferable
