Term time only, 28.5 hours per week Mon 8:40 – 12:30 Tuesday – Friday 8:40am – 3:20pm.

St. Margaret’s Church of England Academy is seeking a committed, flexible and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our thriving school community, commencing January 2026

St Margaret’s CofE Academy is a primary school which was rated by Ofsted as good in September 2024 and an Excellent Church School in June 2023 by SIAMS. • Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years (DfE approved)
• A high standard of written and spoken English
• A calm, positive and patient attitude
• A strong work ethic with flexibility to respond positively to challenges of day to day school life
• Previous experience of working within EYFS or Nursery environment and Key Stage 1
• Previous SEN experience preferable
