Responsibilities of the Supply Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Implement and adapt existing lesson plans where appropriate, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages pupil participation and achievement.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership to support student progress and uphold school values.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, adhering to the school’s behaviour management policies and promoting positive conduct.

Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) within the UK.
• Experience teaching in primary school settings, including EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
• Flexible and willing to work across various schools and year groups as required.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to new classroom environments and school routines.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills, with the ability to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Have anupdated CV(covering thelast ten years barring any unexplained gaps) andan enhanced DBSregistered to theUpdate Service(or be willing to apply for one).
