The Role & Responsibilities

As a Secondary Teacher, your responsibilities may include:

Delivering engaging and structured lessons in line with the national curriculum

Teaching your specialist subject across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available)

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Effectively managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback

Adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners

Working collaboratively with departmental staff and support teams

Following safeguarding and school procedures at all times

Roles can be short-term, long-term, or permanent, depending on your preference.

We’re looking for teachers who:

✔ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs encouraged to apply
✔ Have experience teaching in UK secondary schools
✔ Are confident teaching their subject up to KS4
✔ Have strong classroom management skills
✔ Bring a positive, flexible, can-do attitude to the classroom
