In the heart of Romford and Basildon, a SEN School are on the hunt for a SENCO to start in September. This is a permanent position for the perfect SENCO. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious SENCO who is keen to add value to an expanding their department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

The school are well invested into the Education sector setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It's an exciting time at the school! For this SENCO role, the school ideally would like someone with experience engaging with SEN children and managing behaviour.
