Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Essex

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £120 - £150 per day

• Manage classroom across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4.
• Deliver pre‑planned lessons.
• Maintain positive behaviour and ensure students remain engaged throughout the school day.

• QTS, ECT status or relevant experience working with young people (unqualified candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Experience working within a Secondary School environment is desirable.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to confidently manage groups of students across a variety of subjects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible, reliable and proactive approach.
