This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Specialist located in Basildon. The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs, developing instructional materials, and delivering training sessions. The specialist will also ensure effective communication with trainees and provide excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include curriculum development, monitoring training progress, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Gas Training & Assessment provides comprehensive training programs specializing in electrical training, ASHP & GSHP training, F-Gas training & gas training. The company also offers courses on renewable energy. • Experience in training, training & development, and instructional design
• Ability to create engaging and effective training programs
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using training software and tools
• Relevant certifications or degrees in education, training, or a related field
• Experience in the electrical, plumbing, or gas industries is a plus
